BEST KNOWN FOR
The TTrades Fractal Model and the million-view ICT library
TTrades is the explainer of record for a generation of traders learning Inner Circle Trader vocabulary: "ICT Daily Bias: The Only Video You Will Ever Need!" has been watched 1.6 million times, the "A+ ICT Entry Checklist" 1.1 million, and the channel’s 552 uploads total 44.6 million views. On that foundation sits an original contribution, the TTrades Fractal Model (TTFM): a rule set built on higher-timeframe candle closures confirmed by a lower-timeframe change in the state of delivery. It is taught through a 44-video free course, a 38-lesson mentorship and a TradingView indicator built with toodegrees. In 2026 the channel added New York Open Live Q&A streams, the MNQ Cup competition and a regular seat on NinjaTrader Live.

Who is TTrades?
TTrades publishes under a handle and a four-word bio, "student of the market," and the YouTube about page adds only: "Student. Not Financial Advice. Entertainment Purposes Only." The modesty is the point. The channel, opened on 19 October 2019, has become one of the largest ICT-style education channels on YouTube: 535,000 subscribers, 44.6 million views across 552 uploads, and a tutorial on daily bias that 1.6 million people have watched. What sets it apart is restraint. Lessons run twelve to twenty minutes, cover one concept each, ship with a PDF and a matching blog post, and skip the lifestyle footage the genre is known for.
The X account dates from September 2019, a month before the channel. The breakout came in 2023, when the "ICT Concepts" explainers landed in quick succession. "Orderblocks Simplified" arrived in January, the "A+ ICT Entry Checklist" in May (now 1.1 million views), "Liquidity: Buyside & Sellside" in June (911,000), "ICT Daily Bias: The Only Video You Will Ever Need!" in August (1.6 million) and a Silver Bullet walkthrough with a backtest later that month (886,000). Those videos made TTrades the place a generation of traders went to learn Inner Circle Trader’s vocabulary. The written versions live on at ttrades.com in a free Trading Education Center of roughly 110 articles and PDFs, covering everything from order blocks and fair value gaps to position sizing and journaling in Notion.
From that foundation came something original: the TTrades Fractal Model, or TTFM. The idea is simple to state. Price cannot reverse without forming a swing point. So the model looks for the higher-timeframe candle most likely to form that swing (Candle 2), confirms it with a change in the state of delivery on a lower timeframe, and trades the continuation that follows (Candle 3 or Candle 4). The November 2024 introduction video has been watched 392,000 times, and the "Trading Candle 2, 3 and 4" series followed. Since then the channel has settled into a weekly rhythm: a new lesson every Saturday at 11 am Eastern, premiered with a PDF and a blog post, then added to a 44-video free Fractal Model course playlist that anyone can work through in order.
The paid layer is the Fractal Model Mentorship, a 38-lesson course with a private Discord, daily access to TTrades and a live Q&A every weekday. Alongside it sits "Fractal Model [Pro+] (TTrades)," the TradingView indicator built with developer toodegrees and published in November 2024, which plots CISDs, protected swings, SMT and PSP as price forms them. With AM Trades, TTrades also runs The Market Lens on Whop, "an exclusive trading community by AM and TTrades" that lists 9,832 members and a 4.9 rating from 531 reviews. Their June 2026 collaboration, "A Simple 3-Step Trading Model," has been watched 186,000 times. The free TTrades Community Discord counts more than 85,000 members, the Telegram channel 12,000 subscribers, Instagram 116,000 followers and X 212,000.
In 2026 TTrades has stepped in front of a live audience. On YouTube, "New York Open Live Q&A" streams start around 9:15 am Eastern a couple of mornings a week and draw 15,000 to 25,000 views apiece. In August the channel hosted the TTrades MNQ Cup, a one-day, five-contract Micro Nasdaq competition with more than $10,000 in prizes and no entry fee, run on NinjaTrader’s Arena. NinjaTrader has made TTrades a regular. Guest spots on NinjaTrader Live with Anthony Crudele began in April 2025, a dedicated "Develop Your Edge" session on the Fractal Model aired on 17 September 2026, and through September and October TTrades has held a seat on the Monday morning panel. It is a long way from "student of the market," and the handle has not changed. That is why the channel matters: it proved the most-watched way to teach ICT concepts was to strip them down, then built something of its own on top.
How TTrades trades
Candle closures, swing points and CISD
The Fractal Model starts from one observation: price cannot reverse without forming a swing point, and a swing point is made by a candle. TTrades numbers the sequence. Candle 1 sets up the move, Candle 2 is the candle that forms the swing high or low, and Candles 3 and 4 are the expansion that follows. The job is to identify a likely Candle 2 on the higher timeframe, usually the daily or four-hour, then drop to the hourly or 15-minute chart and wait for a change in the state of delivery (CISD). That means price trading into a level and closing back through the series of candles that produced the move. Without that closure, in TTrades’ framing, nothing has been confirmed.
Confluence is layered on top rather than used alone. SMT divergence between correlated markets (NQ against ES, for example) and precision swing points (PSP) confirm a Candle 2. Protected swings define the stop, and equilibrium and standard-deviation projections set targets. Daily bias comes from the previous day’s and week’s highs and lows, failure to displace, and the weekly profile series (classic expansion, midweek reversal, Thursday counter, TGIF). The Pro+ indicator on TradingView draws all of it as price forms, with alerts for model candles, early CISD, SMT and protected swings, but it does not tell anyone what to trade.
Higher timeframes first, then the New York open
The pitch is "Trade Any Asset, Any Timeframe," and the lessons draw on forex pairs and oil as well as indices. The live work, though, is Nasdaq and S&P futures. The New York Open Live Q&A streams begin about 9:15 am Eastern, the MNQ Cup was traded on five Micro Nasdaq contracts, and the collaboration with AM Trades is framed for "NQ, ES, or any other market." Recent lessons lean toward patience over screen time: wait for the daily wick to form before trading an intraday reversal, let the wick form and trade the body, and stop trying to predict bias. For traders with a day job, the advice is to use weekly bias and the daily and hourly fractal models, so entries can be checked at candle closes rather than watched all day.
Charts run on TradingView with order entry through NinjaTrader, a setup TTrades walked through in July 2026. The Playbook article frames the model’s expectations plainly: a minimum two-to-one reward-to-risk, with a stated win-rate range rather than a promise. As with every trader profiled here, the approach is described from TTrades’ own material and is not a recommendation; futures trading involves substantial risk of loss.
