Who it suits
Vest Markets suits traders who want perpetual futures on stocks, indices, crypto, commodities and FX in one account, and who can take payouts as USDC in a crypto wallet. Vest Capital evaluations carry a static 6% maximum drawdown and no consistency rule or minimum days. A 3% or 4% daily loss limit is optional on 1-Step accounts. Instant Accounts skip the evaluation, and their fee equals their maximum drawdown. Two points deserve attention. A breach of either loss limit closes the account permanently, and Vest’s FAQ and its Prop Terms describe the capital behind an account differently (both are quoted under How it works). Read both documents, and check the country lists in both sets of terms, before buying.
WHAT STANDS OUT
- Vest’s FAQ lists no consistency rule, no minimum trading days and no time limit on evaluations.
- The maximum drawdown is static: the FAQ says it “is set when the account is created and never moves.”
- Profit claims have no minimum and no frequency cap, and each is processed in 24 hours.
- Instant Accounts skip the evaluation, and their one-time fee equals their maximum drawdown.
- The FAQ permits news trading, scalping and high-frequency approaches on Vest Capital accounts.
CHECK BEFORE YOU SIGN UP
- A breach of either loss limit closes the account “immediately and permanently,” and trading again requires a new account.
- Vest’s Prop Terms call every account simulated, while its FAQ describes Live accounts as trading real capital.
- Vest’s exchange Terms of Service list the United States and United Kingdom as Prohibited Jurisdictions; its Prop Terms list neither but include the Philippines.
- Payouts leave only as USDC to a crypto wallet, and Vest’s withdrawals page currently notes a 24-hour processing period for all withdrawals.

How it works
Vest Markets runs a perpetual futures trading platform at next.vestmarkets.com. Traders sign in with email, Google or a crypto wallet, deposit USDC and trade stocks, ETFs, indices, crypto, commodities and FX from one cross-margined account. Vest Capital, its funded trading program, sells accounts for a one-time payment through Stripe. Evaluation accounts must reach a profit goal to go Live. Instant Accounts are Live once payment clears.
Vest’s documents describe these accounts in two ways. The FAQ says an Instant Account is “trading real capital straight away” and, after a passed evaluation, “The capital behind it is real.” The Prop Terms of Service, updated October 20 2026, state: “All Accounts, including Instant Funded Accounts, are simulated. No real trading capital, assets, margin, or collateral are credited or entrusted to you.” A disclosure on the pricing page says participants “do not trade live capital.”
Rules and fees
Every Vest Capital account has a maximum drawdown that the FAQ calls “Static.” It is 6% of starting capital on evaluations and equals the fee on Instant Accounts. 1-Step buyers may add a 3% or 4% daily loss limit; 2-Step accounts carry 3%. The daily floor resets at 20:00 ET from a balance that “excludes unrealized PnL,” and current equity, including unrealized PnL, is checked against it.
A breach of either limit closes the account “immediately and permanently.” Vest Capital accounts cannot trade XRP or HYPE or use the API. Simulated fees on evaluation trades count toward the loss limits. Maker fees are 0%; taker fees are 0.0025% on index and commodity markets and 0.01% elsewhere. Refunds are available within three days of purchase if no trade has been placed.
Platform and markets
Orders can be Market, Limit or Scale, with Reduce Only, take-profit and stop-loss options. Cross margin is the only margin mode. The FAQ lists leverage of up to 100x on the Primary Account, which holds deposited USDC, with caps set per market. Perpetuals have no expiry, and funding settles hourly. Crypto trades through weekends. ES, NQ and commodities close from Friday 5:00 PM to Sunday 6:00 PM ET, and single stocks from Friday 8:00 PM to Sunday 8:00 PM ET.
From Friday 4:00 PM ET until markets reopen, Vest Capital accounts face reduced leverage caps: 5x on ES-PERP and NQ-PERP, and 3x on GC-PERP. Positions more than 2% above those caps may be reduced or closed. Non-crypto positions held into a weekend lock stay open but cannot be managed until reopening. The order form shows an estimated Fail Price, the price that would trigger a loss limit.
Payouts and availability
Profit leaves a Live account in two steps. A Claim Profit request moves the trader’s share, 80% or 90% on evaluations or 95% on Instant Accounts, to the Primary Account “in 24 hours.” Claims carry no minimum or frequency cap. The trader then withdraws USDC to a wallet, on Base or Arbitrum One for email and Google accounts. The FAQ says withdrawals are “processed instantly until your rolling 24-hour total reaches $50,000”; the withdrawals page notes “currently a 24 hour processing period for all platform withdrawals.”
Vest’s Prop Terms and exchange Terms of Service, updated October 20 and 21 2026, name Vest Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation, and set Delaware law and arbitration. Only the exchange terms list the United States and United Kingdom as Prohibited Jurisdictions; only the Prop Terms list the Philippines. Participants must be at least 18. Finance Magnates reported on October 8 2026 that the New York-based company raised $13 million in a round led by Portal Ventures.

What does a Vest Capital account cost?
On October 24 2026, 1-Step evaluations with a 10% goal and 80% split cost $75, $150, $375 and $745 for $5,000 to $50,000 accounts. With a 3% daily loss limit they cost $40, $80, $210 and $415. 2-Step accounts cost $15 to $175, and Instant Accounts $10 to $2,000. Vest’s docs list prices for other splits, targets and limits.

Is Vest Markets available in my country?
Vest publishes two lists. Its Prop Terms of Service (October 20 2026) define “Prohibited Jurisdiction” as “any of: Cuba, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Iran, Russia, Syria and the Republic of the Philippines.” Its exchange Terms of Service (October 21 2026) list “Cuba, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Iran, Russia, Syria, the United Kingdom and the United States (including all American territories…).” Check both before buying.
How do Vest Capital’s rules compare with MyFundedPerps?

Maximum drawdown: Vest 6%, static; MyFundedPerps 5%, static. Daily loss limit: Vest 3%, 4% or none; MyFundedPerps 3% or none. Consistency rule and minimum days: neither has one. MyFundedPerps cash payouts “use the connected Rise account” and are “manually reviewed,” with Elite minimums of $50 to $500 and a $100,000 lifetime cap. News: Vest sets no restriction; MyFundedPerps restricts funded trading around high-impact news. Status: Vest’s Prop Terms and the MyFundedPerps FAQ both describe accounts as simulated.
