Trader Benchmark
Population benchmarks over the last 90 days — avg daily PnL by trade volume, plus win rate, total PnL, active days, PnL per trade, and trades per day. Each chart uses its own low / active / high cohort split.
Understanding the percentiles
Percentiles show how a value ranks within a distribution. The main chart groups by trade volume; the smaller charts each group by a different dimension (win rate, total PnL, and so on). All include traders with at least 10 trades in 90 days.
Median (50th)
Half of traders make more, half make less. This is the "typical" trader.
75th Percentile
Top quarter. Consistently profitable with good risk management.
90th Percentile
Top 10%. Sustained high daily PnL — elite-level consistency.
Set realistic targets
If your average daily PnL is near the median, you are performing in line with the typical trader. Pushing above the 75th percentile consistently is a strong signal of edge.
Track progress over time
Check back periodically. The benchmarks shift as market conditions change — your absolute PnL may stay flat while your percentile ranking improves if the field tightens.
